Last week, I discovered a very favorable review of our report “The Responsibility to Prevent,” in the University of Denver’s Journal of Human Rights and Human Welfare. The author of the review, Kyle Matthews, is working on a report on mass atrocity prevention with Romeo Dallaire — the infamous head of the peacekeeping mission in Rwanda just before the genocide.
